Oshkosh United Soccer Club is a non-profit organization committed to providing long term development of soccer skills by focusing on what is in the best interest of the individual athlete, giving our players the opportunity to develop confidence, teamwork and an understanding of the game of soccer through league and tournament play.

The Oshkosh United Soccer Club is guided by the following principles across both league and  tournament play:

• Emphasize technical skill development at younger age levels and progress to more tactical skills as the player ages and develops.
• To provide quality coaching with an ongoing coach development process.
• Sportsmanship, team work, and fun.
• High level of soccer play.
