Early Registration Discount Extended to March 24th!
'Several team reps and coaches have called and emailed asking to extend the discount due to timing issues of team organization and treasurers not being able to write checks', says Randy Campbell, tournament director. 'Our goal this year has been to provide better customer service. Our response is to meet you in your need. We are extending the deadline for early registration discount to March 24!'
When filling in the registration form, take note of the extended deadline!

 Oshkosh United is proud to announce the sanctioning of the 2010 Oshkosh on the Water Soccer Classic, scheduled for June 11 - 13.
A printable Registration Form is available. Print it, fill it in, attach check, mail it, you're good to play!

The application deadline is May 1, 2010 but, if you register your team before 03/24/2010, you'll receive a $25 discount!

Are you including Guest Players on your tournament team? If so, WYSA has a Guest Player Form you need to fill out. Please make sure the following form is filled out before registering your team at the tournament! Guest Player Form
Rules and forms for tournament participation will soon be available on this page! One item we can state right now - PLEASE bring at least three copies of your team roster and a copy of the player cards! In the past, teams have shown with only one copy of the player roster. One copy MUST be turned in at registration, the other shown to any referee or field marshall requesting it. Please be prepared! If you need Release of Liability / Medical Release, forms, click here. Those too will be checked at signing against each player card.

Tournament Directors Message - It's A New Year!
 As a club, we decided that our annual soccer tournament needed a fresh start. We were putting on a tournament every June, but it seemed to be losing interest and losing steam.
So, we put all the best soccer minds in Oshkosh together, and very quickly found out, that we invited all the wrong people to the meeting! But despite that, we came up with a great plan to get our 26th Annual Oshkosh On the Water Soccer Tournament headed in the right direction.
We have put together a postcard sized tournament brochure, and have been mailing and emailing the brochure to nearly every soccer club in the state of Wisconsin. We have also been working the phones, working with local businesses and meeting with coaches to find the most effective way to get out our message and win the business of prospective customers for our event. So far, the response has been extremely positive. I have several new teams committed already, and am working on landing blocks of teams from several area clubs. Last year our tournament was played with 64 teams. Our beautiful soccer complex can hold 120+ teams. My goal as Tournament Director is to land 100 teams, and offer multiple divisions for each age group. Through higher quantity and higher quality of teams present, family events such as skills clinics open to any youth in the park, coaches games, free tournament give-a-ways, and an entertainment area, we hope to truly make our 26th tournament the best one we’ve ever held. Many other details are to follow, but one project we are working on will be the addition of a large television on hand that we will use to telecast the live broadcast of the U.S. vs. England World Cup game at 1:30 pm Saturday. There will be no better place to watch the game than in the middle of a soccer park surrounded by soccer fans….who, we hope, are munching on great food we sell in our stocked concession stand!
Please plan on attending our event. If you can, bring a team along. If you don’t have a team, bring a chair along and spend the day watching great kids and great parents spending quality time playing the beautiful game of soccer.

**A representative of the team needs to register at least 45 minutes before the first game. At registration you will need to bring 2 rosters, player passes, guest player forms (if needed) and medical release.**
Directions: Take Hwy. 41 to Hwy. 76, go south on 76 towards Oshkosh to Snell Road. There is a BP gas station, a Citgo gas station, and a car dealership on the corner. Turn left or east on Snell to the Winnebago County Park. Turn left into the park and you will see the fields. |
